SOLVED. i forgot that ive updated some SE mods to support AE version.

dont update if your mods are working or youll regret it. JContainer doesnt work correctly and some other mods.

after AE update, i couldnt start SKSE because it didnt support AE version so i used the Downgrade patch which is currently on Nexus. after patching, whenever i launch SKSE, so errors appear and what i see is after afew seconds i see nothing is happend and Mod Organizer is unlocked so i click again and again this happens.
