I have wondered a lot lately about the state of Japan during the events of fallout and decided to start working on a dlc sized mod that takes place in Okinawa, Japan. I am having problems with map import at the moment due to most guides using programs that are not compatible with my amd heavy system. I was able to get a grey scale image but am unable to convert it. I would greatly appreciate any help the nexus community can provide. I am brand new to creating mods but I learn fairly quick. This project is still in early phases so if anyone would like to be a part of it I am open to it.
