I'm loading my saved game, but cant run or use weapons/skills, my char is floating or smth like this, after 10-15 sec game crushes. I've turned off all mods but it doesnt help :( Was exactly the same problem. Reinstall the localized version of the Steam games (Russian) not solved the problem. But when change the language to English, like all at once returned to normal. Sorry for my bad english))
