I have an idea for the whole series of Ultimate mods to improve the game, if any modder is interested I can share all my ideas for you to use and do whatever you want with them.

Mod that changes parry on humans (shove, kick) that staggers, to the counterattack like with monsters that attacks and deals damage. Change counterattack skill to increase damage of the counter attack and not the following attack. Add ability to counterattack any non-AOE monster\human attack in game, similar to Better Parries mod. Change deadly precision skill (that allows you to instakill, 2% chance for every adrenaline point) to work only with counterattack and have 3% chance to trigger for every adrenaline point. Increase range of counterattack because a lot of the times you do it in the vanilla with monsters you miss them completely. edit: Make counterattack unblockable by enemies (shield,block) only way is to dodge them.

Have installed about 18 mods, game runs fine mods all work perfectly but there is this one thing. Any weapon that has freeze on hit or burn on hit chances or any other do it on every hit which of course breaks the game and is OP. What do? Anyone encountered anything similar? Okay, just a quick update if anyone has the same problem I resolved the issue. Problem was on windows 10 enterprise edition, reinstalled for win 10 professional and installed anniversary update. Works fine. Cheers.

Installed the GOG version. Ran same settings as on previous versions that I played before. Go into a game, 50 fps, couple seconds later I just see as my fps gradually falls down to about 20. Go into the map, switch between inventory and journal, go back into a game fps 50, gradually drops down to 20 again, same happens when I quicktravel to signposts, 50 fps and then drops gradually. On 1.22 had 50 fps. Playing on the laptop i5 6200hq, 8g ddr4 ram, 960m. Checked, doesn't thermal throttle, playing on low settings with textures on medium. Anyone can point me in the right direction? thank you.
