I've always had an issue of the game freezing up on loading screens and I ultimately have to just hard reboot my system and load up my last save. 9 out of 10 times it happens when I enter a different area in the game and not via fast travel. This becomes increasingly aggravating as many quest involve going through numerous load screens just to get from point A to point B. The crashes become more frequent now that I've gotten to a higher level in game and have done many quests. Are there any mods or patch files that help reduce the chances of the game freezing up on loading screens?
