I'm looking for a mod that adds additional spells to the game but also gives said spells to other NPCs, allies and enemies alike, like Immersive Armor/Weapons but for Magic. I know there are tons of mods that add spells but I was never sure if any just gave them to the Player and turned them into a powerful demigod with magic that no foe could ever dream of wielding or gave the magic to all characters. The mods never specified and I never really bothered outside of a few Conjuration mods. So do any mods fit my specifications?
