Honest and truthful answer? The way modding works with the earlier DA games is easier and from a casual perspective, almost bethesda-like on how easy their able to mod and create packages for those games.

With Inquisition the introduction of Frostbite makes it night unbearable to mod the game and its not as simple as installing a package. NMM Support is unlikely ever.

That means until the mods you have are updated, their esps are auto disabled.

Didn't the PR say that for that showcase demo build, it wouldn't have skills?

Their essential part of the game, and they killed the presentation, so I don't think skills were removed.
