Haha my thoughts exactly, you could go into some really "rough neighborhoods" say maybe the fiends and bet chems and such or something. I really thought they would have included that in the game, just sort of baffles me they didn't. Then again it could be part of a DLC later and then charge you 10-15$ for it, pffftt.

I was really hoping they would have that in the game considering it's one of the only things I do at the Casino. I don't really know anything about modding but I was hoping if it is even possible if someone might be working on a mod for that?
