Due to the Nintendo Switch's differences from the PC and console versions of the game, porting mods to the switch will most likely take much longer than ports from oldrim to SE. While it is possible, it will be a while before these mods are available for switch, if they ever are. There is also, of course, the fact that many mod authors have quit the nexus, and no longer communicate with people on here. In this case, it is impossible to get their permission to legally port the mod. So while I have faith that these mods can be ported over some day, I ask that you remain patient, these things take time.

I am not believe that there are any programs to change your character outside of the game, but a few mods that edit the character creation menu also have a customizable camera. Also, using tfc during character creation is a bad idea as the vanilla CC camera is fixed, and using an alternate camera can cause the camera to bug out until you close the game.
