Awesome, thx for this Steel!

Need the ability train raw recruits into the first level of promotion. Something like, if you own a castle, delegate a Senior Sergeant (or companion) to train X amount of troops over a period of time. This way they can reach the first initial level so you can assign them their class (i.e. bowman, infantry). This stuff of a hastily formed group of Peasants, recruits and others should be a last ditch effort... Thx guys
