Witcher 2 re-spec your witcher 2 talents character mod

bump I just started playing the Witcher 2 (I'm late to the party, I know) and i find it very frustrating to not be able to respec Geralt so that I can do away with the awful mistakes I have made in act 1. I have heard about the feature being in the game if you go down a specific road in act 3, but I might not want to go down that path. Please, if anyone on theese forums know how to make a mod like this, please please do! -

Oh, there was no rudeness intended. I'm sorry if it came across that way, english isn't my strongest side. Thank you both very very much though :D Both theese mods will be getting my endorsements :) -
If anyone could make a mod that allows you to change an already started characters look I would be very happy. I figured this would be a mod that had already been made and i was surprised to see that I could find nothing of the sort, does it already exist? If not, WHY DOES IT NOT EXIST?!
