I am having the exact same problem, hoping for a suggestion for a fix or even an outright solution, lol Installed a standalone armor mod, show up in game just fine til I try to equip it, invisible body due to missing texture. Body texture replacer just doesn't replace etc Edit: ok, while digging some more, I found my problem, the entry in my .ini for sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\ had a - in front of it, probably from a copy-past mistake of mine. Removed the minus, all problems gone so far. Hope this helps
