  1. just install BB it will overwrite the textures and meshes you need, if using Mod Organizer place at bottom of load order. there should be no problem with BB if i remember correctly there is no esp (been years since i modded morrowind). You could also make a texture/mesh overwrite mod that just fixes the textures you want, and place that at bottom of load order.
  2. @patchling First problem i see is your skeleton both male and female should have the same amount of bones (something is overwriting the xp32 skeleton for males if i would have to guess its the gender specific stuff) this can cause crashes (in my game even children have xp32 extended skeleton) I notice you already have the xp32 extended skeleton. (if you look at the difference between your outputs in NMM and MO you will notice NMM has the same amount of bones) I would personally reset your steam skyrim directory to its vanilla state if your gonna use MO. then clean masters. then start modding (and keep your overwrite folder clean move things to there proper folder or in the case of patches bash, fnis , etc create a mod from overwrite. second i suggest not running any patches that require anything but the arm fix. so no gender modification. i would remove mojoAJ, Boundwoodchopping, and vampiricthirst. As for animations the only replacers you need is pcea2 link is at top of fnis patcher and creature animations, other animations should be none replacer and unique. make sure skeleton is above fnis behavior and animations below. @mistaken Mystic as for the system IO file not found exception. If your using mod organizer then you have the path set wrong it should be path to steam skyrim then \Mod Organizer\mods\FNIS Behavior\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\ GenerateFNISforUsers.exe it should not be looking into the game data folder this should be untouched.
  3. Run it thro your mod organizer program NMM, MO, or thro data file if you install manually. I would suggest watching a youtube video on how to set it up too be able to be run thro your modding program. FNIS is not hard once you have it setup correctly. If you use MO then i can help you: 1) Click gears icon 2) In title type FNIS 3) In Binary click ... and navigate to FNIS for users.exe (will be in MO folder mod/FNIS Behavior/fnis/tool/fnis for users. 4) Click Add Program will be added to run list Also make sure your skeleton mod is above FNIS, and animations are above fnis behavior. now click run on fnis for user. click skeleton arm fix, (I do not suggest useing or clicking any of the other mods listed except the ones at top like fnis pcea2 <-- get this) click update fnis behavior . after it is finished will take a few minutes depending on system and animations (mine takes about 2-5 minutes but i have allot of new animations and replacer animations) when done you get a message at bottom # animations for # of mods successfully included (character) # animations for # of mods and # creatures successfully included you will get a pop up asking if you want a shortcut on desktop click cancel (remove any shortcuts from desktop if you have any) after this is done left click overwrite at bottom of mod list choose create mod name it "FNIS Output" make sure it is below any bash or skyproc patches in mod list (there is no .esp) Would also suggest fixing your computer so you can boot up in normal mode
  4. Try installing the xp32 extended skeleton and removing the old one (place new skeleton in approx same location as old one). then remove all you patches bash, fnis patch output and dsr patch output, then remake your bash patch then make mod place at absolute bottom of modlist, next do any skyproc patches you need (skyre-perkus-etc) make mod place under bash patch, now run dsr patch (use all default settings-as the MCM menu for the extended skeleton will be used for placement of weapons and shields) make mod place under any skyproc patches you may have otherwise under bash patch (in both load order and mod list), Now run fnis for users make mod place under dsr in mod list (no esp in this mod but must be at bottom of modlist). also make sure all your animations are under skeleton (in mod list) and i suggest having all animations/hdt stuff also under fnis.esp (note this is not in patch folder so this esp should be higher than absolute bottom), also make sure nothing is overwriting your skeleton you can either hide conflicting skeletons (if using Mod organizer), or if they have a unique file path can be ignored or renamed (skeleton.nif.old) and xp32 skeleton cut and pasted to replace
  5. Make sure the realistic ragdolls and force folder is always above the skeleton mod (i use the extended skeleton has more bones) . If you have better vampires you can hide the vampire lord skeleton. make sure your hdt/ fnis/ and animation files are bellow skeleton too. run fnis for users then make mod from overwrite folder place new mod at absolute bottom of your mod list (even bellow your TES5Edit patch (if used) ,bash patch, skyproc patches ,dual sheath patch, etc) Also note some other mods may overwrite skeleton most of these can be hidden or left alone if skeleton path is unique (suggest to rename old skeleton (skeleton.nif.old) then cut and paste xp32 skeleton into unique path in this instance make notes on these little changes done if you feel you may forget just in case).
  6. Try this this .. note this may not work its for newer games 1) make sure you have a merge patch 2) Go to 1st person view, and open console, click on NPC make sure npc is selected and not like a random wall floor, etc , type "resetinventory" (without quotes)
  7. Get savegame cleaner ... it can remove orphaned scripts. but yes remove that plugin then load game wait a couple of minutes, save game again exit then run save game tool load the newest save in tool. its fairly easy to use.
  8. The problem is not perkus maximus . the problem is 1) you did not install perkus completely (no tes5edit/ bash patches, patchusmaximus) 2) you have mods that are already integrated in perkus (sneak tools), 3) you also have mods that are so old there not safe to use (magicka sabers, golden vendors) 4) you have the separate patches instead of the unofficial legendary edition patch. 5) also i see a few mods that i believe most definitely conflict Fast respawns and rich merchants (respawn can be done with bash patch). and infinite gold for merchants. golden vendors (not updated since 2012 dangerous plugin) 6) perma survivalism without frostfall (not sure if it is needed anymore with frostfall 3) 7)gold adjustment if it makes gold have weight its not needed and realistic carry weight is also not needed.
  9. What are the grass setting in your Mod organizer/profiles as the ones in you skyrim folder and documents are not used with MO.
  10. Remove Horse armors for Skyrim it has not been updated since March 2012. If you want horse armor use convenient horses instead.
  11. get the legendary edition patch (if you have all dlc) the separate patches otherwise, then setup your memory block fix in skyrim.ini FYI I find running TES5edit first is better than just disabling plugins randomly. -one tweak can be replaced with enboost's [window] feature plus get a little extra memory for game use. -also noticed you listed frostfall with skyui addon where is frostfall 3's master campfire (believe you forgot to mention that as game probably would not start without it) -remove viking weapons it has not been updated since dec 2012 (do not use any mods that are older than the current patch for skyrim) Note: These Next Two may have been updated for current skyrim patch (i would read the posts to make sure) -possibly may need to remove the stormcloak armor variety mod has not been updated since july 2013 -possibly may need to remove Roman armor and weapons has not been updated since march 2013
  12. pfft.. remove skyrim completely (remove thro steam then make sure everything is gone you do not want any leftovers) . reinstall thro steam (leave the vanilla game in its original steam directory). then download Mod organizer. install into your SSD and then start by cleaning your masters (clean masters go into MO mod folder in SSD). i would suggest following the step guide at least the first part about cleaning masters, as it preserves the masters in the steam directory. doing this will put almost everything into your SSD, except: enboost, skse or ssme, wrye bash, tes5edit +merge edit script, loot, and performance monitor.
  13. What Mod uses Spike.esm have not seen that in years i suggest removing the mod that uses it . 1)Your load order is messed up eg bash patch should be above patchus maximus , perma gold should be higher up. here is the link for this 2) after sorting your load order delete your bash patch, patchus maximus, Fnis patch output (these need to be remade and are the cause of your CTD) to setup perkus properly watch this. also remove immersive speechcraft, and anything that may try to alter vanilla perks while using perma
  14. Update your MO no idea why you thought downgrading it would help with a mod problem.. Look in skyrim.ini make sure you have these lines [Grass]bAllowCreateGrass=1bAllowLoadGrass=0iMinGrassSize=40fGrassFadeRange=10000iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=7 Note the values may be different for you but if you have either allowcreategrass at 0 or grassfaderange at 0 that could be your problem -you might also have a mod that increases performance by lessening or removing grass. -conflict between mods that could be fixed with a bash patch
  15. Disable All Jaysus swords, cloaks of skyrim esps/esm's (keep mod folder checked) move folders above complete crafting overhaul next time in game you can enable these thro Complete crafting overhaul remade MCM menu (first box allows crafting second adds to leveled list). I personally would remove anything related to sharlikans compatibility patches as its for pre-construction set mods. if your using that version of jaysus swords (this probably does not matter as all you need are the assets or bsa loaded thro MO) or any of headbombs mods that have been remade by Kryptopyr like Complete crafting overhaul or weapons and armor fixes use the newer file Enhanced blood textures can be run without the .esp for a performance increase due to lessened script load (load bsa thro MO just to get improved blood textures) better archery eagle eye I would not use with skyre, and Archery gameplay overhaul i would remove and just use a .ini edit like this [Combat]bForceNPCsUseAmmo=1fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7 Scoped bows i would remove and replace with the huntsman a upgradable bow that will level with you Remove dance of death its been replaced by voilens . i personally have used DoD but do not use any mod like that anymore also not 100% sure but sneak tools may be redundant with skyre it is with perkus, expanded towns and cities and perfect whiterun may conflict any changes you make make sure to remake your patches tes5edit (if needed) bash, etc and repatch skyre and then run fnis. been awhile since i used skyre i am useing perkus atm
