Hello everyone, So i followed a guide to the dot to add a armor mod as an outfit for a follower I am creating. I added it and everything but when I went into the game the npc was naked! URG. Please help I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

I have a GTX 970 but thats a bit overkill. The 960 is a great card and it goes for about 340$
