So I'm just looking into some mods for fallout, mostly fun stuff like the RTS mod and the farmer mod. So would anyone point me to any other mods like those?

Oblivion uses a very realistic moon cycle which is pretty accurate to our own. You'll only change into a werewolf during a full moon (trust me, it's fair). Full moons usually occur on the 17th in the earlier months of the year, but as the year grows older so does the day that the moon ripens. Hope it helps!
