I am using NVSE and when opening reshade, it shows the executable for both base new vegas, and the executable for nvse. which one am I supposed to install reshade onto?

I love the changes the mod makes but after trying to download it on my second computer, it looks like the mod is taken down for right now. Anyone know what happened or if it will come back up?
