  1. Crap, im totally late lol. Happy Belated Birthday, Ghosu!
  2. I will say one thing, it will definitely be worth the wait. Ive been playing with the mod for a week or so, and its truly amazing work he has done with everything in the mod. Even if the script never gets finished, it is still an epic mod that everyone will love. The swords are beautifully done, the options/variants are great, and both the visuals and stats are very immersive. The crossbow functions perfectly, looks fabulous, and also immersively fits right in with everything else. I also love that they all use vanilla textures, so my custom bright silver texture i made for myself works on the mod as well and keeps them all uniform in color. @ Ghosu: Again, i cant thank you enough, you did such a good job with this one. Also, i still plan on making that donation to you (and Isilmeriel), just waiting on a paycheck, but its comin'! lol
  3. Oh nice suggestion An3Micu, i like that much better than the master chest :-D
  4. You're totally awesome, Ghosu. Thanks a million!
  5. That is unfortunate you weren't able to get the script to work, but its all good, i plan to use the regular arrows and bolts for the most part anyway. It'll be awesome when it all does get finished and working, but you need to take your break haha it can wait until you return. I'll be more than happy to take what you have done so far though  so you can shoot me that PM whenever you're ready
  6. As i stated, i havent played through the Dawnguard yet, so im unsure how the bloodcursed mechanic works exactly. From what i do know though, im confused as to how a bloodcursed melee weapon would even work considering you have to fire the bloodcursed arrows at the sun for them to have an effect. So im just interested in what you had in mind for having that enchantment on the rest of the weapons
  7. Seems simple enough...put them in a mini master chest behind the statue of Auri-El. Another option would be putting them in a container where ever you get the bow and shield. If they are obtained separately then split the items up so you get the swords when you get the shield and the crossbow when you get the bow. So you kinda have to do the quest to obtain them. I wish i had a little more insight on how to implement them into the world, but i havent event started the Dawnguard DLC yet XD lol. So thats the best and most immersive way i can come up with at the moment.
  8. I second this. There was a mod in Oblivion that had magelight arrows, i used to use them all the time. I've tried a few "magic arrow" mods for skyrim hoping the magelight arrows would be in one of them, but so far no ones done it. So i would really like to see someone bring it back from Oblivion (no pun intended =P lol)
  9. Her. Doh! My bad Isilmeriel! :pinch: @ Ghosu: Everything looks incredible, i cant wait for the release
  10. @ Millenia: I get what you're saying, but at the same time using his blade was an optional best case scenario. If Isilmeriel's permission was acquired and the blade ended up being used in a release, i had already planned on making a donation to him as well for his contribution to my request. @ Ghosu: You, my friend, are a god-tier modder! Everything you've done so far looks amazing and i couldnt be happier with the results. The sheath looks incredible too, definitely an added bonus i wasn't expecting. I do have one more tiny request to add though, think you could add a set of non-enchanted "Aruriel's arrows" and "Auriel's bolts"? It was something i was planning to do myself if/when you released the crossbow, but if you could include it in the package that would be even better.
  11. Omg dude, you are freakin awesome! It looks great! I really like the one in the video for the sword, but the one in the picture would make a nice dagger for sure.
  12. Sweet! That would be totally awesome if that "maybe" turns into reality lol Yeah, after i started looking at the actual models Instead of 2D images i realized that the 2D image i put together might not be so easy in the 3D realm lol. Although, the idea i had to remedy this was to "sandwich" the pommel pieces leaving space in between them, attach all the nodes in between them, then round out the shaft but leave the edge flat. Like this: http://www.wholesalesword.com/ProductImages/allswords/king%20sword%20pommel%201079.jpg Again, im no 3D modeler, so this still may be way easier pictured than done haha. Anyway, if you ARE able to do it, i wish you luck and i look forward to seeing what you come up with. If you aren't able to, like i said before, no worries and i appreciate what you have done so far.
  13. My vote is for Douse That Flame! What i would really like to see is something to where all the torches were unlit, and you'd have to use the torch you're carrying to ignite them. Ideally you could just walk by them and have your torch make contact with the torch, brazier, etc. for them to light, but an activator would work if need be. This would be awesome in places infested with draugr/skeletons since they sure arent going to maintain a fire, but in inhabited areas it would make since that they were already lit if the living were wandering around.
  14. Sooo, im back to request another weapon for the Auriel arsenal. So far Ghosu has been awesome enough to make a custom quiver and hes currently working on the crossbow. Unfortunately the crossbow will be his last project for a while, so I'm starting this new thread for the sword in hopes someone else will be able to pick it up. Some of you may have already seen this image in the Auriels quiver thread, but its a mockup I did in photoshop for a sword/dagger concept of Auriel's Sword. I've also linked the PSD that depicts which parts were used where just to make it as easy on someone as possible if they choose to take on this project. The blade used is non-vanilla though, its the blade of LOTR's Glamdring. Isilmeriel made the best LOTR weapon pack, so maybe he would be willing to give permission for someone to use the blade for this project. Auriel's Sword PSD Lastly, a donation will be made to who ever decides to pick this request up. I know there aren't that many meshers these days and your time and skill is appreciated, so I am willing to contribute a donation for your services rendered.
