    true but mine carts are usefull. you could build a track with you really far down into the mine and push a inventory cart along so you will have near infinte gear and when your alldone put a couple powered ones and ride back to base.

     

    As for them being un controllable i think notch should have a way to make the mgo forward, backwords, and stop while rding it.

    Holy crap, how long did that take?

     

    As for Obsidian, it won't make Obsidian if a water spring just touches a lava spring. It has to be a lava spring touching standing water, like a lava spring running into the ocean or a lake.

     

     

    roughly 10 hours.

     

    I really don't care much for the look of obsidian, its just out of place.

    Yeah but yours is actually doable in alpha, mine would be impossible.

    I use photobucket - lots of space, plenty of bandwidth, uploads multiple files at once, and pretty fast.

     

    How do I open the level with your castle in? I've never seen .mine files before - minecraft alpha doesn't use them afaik.

     

    As for obsidian - I think it's created when lava touches water. Not 100% sure though, never tried it.

    You have to play the classic to do it. make a single player game, press escape, then load. select load file.

    that looks great! where do you get obsidian in the game anywayy?

     

    where do you upload you screenies? i was using tinypic but it is asking for a captcha thing for every upload which annoys me to much or i would post screens of mine.

    been working for Six eight hours on it. :pinch:

     

    Its not that bad. time has gone by decently fast. i still have to put in rooms and furnish it. so far all i have is the throne room on the top floor.

     

    Prolly another 2-3 hours of work till it's done :mellow:

    ah ok. ill send a lin kwhen its almost done. my main fortress is huge. it reaches the clowds, only reachable by an uber long bridge, and over 6 thousand blocks or more right now :blink:

    Thats good. i would like a better "undo" button, and sharks put in water.

     

    (what's the possiblity of getting a minecraft nexus? it's possible to save creations to for people to download.)
