Being fortunate enough to be an American who has actually vacationed in Africa (Botswana and Zambia, if you must know what countries), I must say that there are parts of Africa that do look just like Far Cry 2, same colors and everything, so I'm inclined to be opposed to the enhancement of the color scheme. However, I am extremely upset at the lack of wildlife. Sure, there's Zebra, Gazelle, and Water Buffalo, but I saw far more Elephant & Giraffe than I did Water Buffalo on my trip. And where are the lions? And the hippos? And maybe one or two rhinos? Far Cry 2 NEEDS more animals desperately. From what I heard they had animal DLC planned at some point, but that all must have been blown to the wind at some point.

In SSD news, Super Talent premiered a 512 GB SSD for consumer use: Engadget Article Official Page What really shocks me about this is that Hard Disks of a similar size don't even have that capacity yet. (Sure, 500 isn't that much less than 512, but it wasn't so long ago that SSDs maxed out at 8 gigs.)
