Yet another re install. This time I saw it required an "elevate" to deploy and it finally worked.

I have moved the valheim install foder to the default steam library, reinstalled Vortex from scratch, removed all mods but Bepin and Valheim Plus. Reinstalled, Re enabled, Purged, and redeployed the mods. It is no launching the debug console with the game, and not loading mods. Any more suggestions?
