10/12: Mountains (AGAIN :P): Due to requests for vanilla: Combined my view on the mountains and the vanilla design into one: added bigger cracks and mountain veins, lowered the brightness, took some detail out of my texture to make it a little smoother. 9/12: Stone Texture Update (Big One): --> Softer "Stone Layers", added more details and added shadows, reworked the texture so it blends a lot better with the mountain models and creates the illusion that the stone is rounder on the edges, redone the normals and now offer better depth and much smoother top snow to create that realistic feel. http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s5/AaGeOn/stu9-12-1.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s5/AaGeOn/stu9-12-2.jpg

Not a big fan of that one. In general, I feel like people [or at the very least, me] want hi-resolution textures that doesn't change the "feel" of what Bethesda did. Aka it the bridge should be build from the same kind of stone, of the same size, same "blockiness", have the same color tones, etc... The "new" bridge does not feel like it followed the same construction technique as the "old" bridge, so to me it feels like this is a redesign of the bridge, which just happens to be in higher resolution than Beth's, rather than a high-resolution version of Beth's bridge. Hope that made sense. I agree with that. Look and feel should stay the same, but just higher resolution. Woops forgot to post it here, the bridge is going to be more like the original, didn't quite like it myself :).
