Download the Creation Kit. Open The creation kit and go to the data. Open skyrim.esm Go to actors and find all female guards and make them male. Then save and activate mod. Hope that helped.

If you want to make mods and don't know what to do first. Creating a new world or creating a new house or castle etc.. would be easier.

I can try, but it won't be for ahwile. i would still try and find someone else to do it, just in case I can't. -
