So i have this issue where there's a red beam coming out of me going up with white dots floating around and up. dispel all spells didn't work and i didn't see it listed in the first few pages. can anyone help?

has anyone had a bug where the game acted like there was a block of lake on land? i took the carriage to dawnstar and i was swimming when the game loaded. once i got closer, i fell to the ground and everything was normal until i went back and i was in the water again.

I tried with ATF already. Where do u go to find the alias?

I'm trying to make a mod npc unessential (for immersion) but nothing i do will change it. ive tried the console and the creation kit and nothing worked. please help
