if you want to play something that doesn't require much reading, may i reccomend the souls games? They're easy as hell to play without reading a single letter - also any games where you can increase font is great -and if you can change the INI for text size like @HeyYou says you can, you can probabl do the same in fallout - and if you haven't played new vegas, it's amazing. You could also pick up binding of issac, where reading is not necessary at all, or a few other games. If you're more of a shooter fan, you could play destiny - if you like third person shooters specifically, i know remnant from the ashes is good - it's got tiny ass writing in it, but it's also supremely unimportant to the actual gameplay loop.
