Is there anyone here smart enough to make Tales of Tribiute game from ESO in Skyrim? There is whole script in GitHub. And there are cards in wiki. I'm too dum dum for that. :c

Hello. I have problem with graphic in my game. When I play my game loses focus and graphic is glitching to potato form and back to normal. It happens even while talking to NPC (see link with video in google drive) I think I saw mod that force close up graphic to be sharp while all distant was blurry. But I cannot find it anymore.
