Yes, i´ve noticed too, the character skin in general doesn`t look good when it isn´t directly illuminated. Too dark. I´m using re-shade to low a little bit the contrast, but it is there. EDIT: The effect is noticeable around 7:30 p.m. You can see in the image below how dark is the character, original skyrim was dark too, but less
