I downloaded some mods, in which i need to open mod menu. How the hell i do that? I tried every button on my keyboard.

So i post my problem here? I play Skyrim, works perfectly. It is located in /D folder, I have a lot free memory. 3 G ram, I have all 3 main patches, heartfire, downguard and dragonborn. My problem is minor, in many mods that i have installed, such as immersive settlements or whiterun markets, all NPCs have gray faces, how do i fix it? Also some mods, that i have seen on YouTube, their NPCs that i have seen have voice acting, but when i installed those mods, they don't talk.

For example, i have installed immersive settlements and whiterun markets, and all NPCs that come with these mods and some other mods, have gray faces lag. How do i fix that? Is there mod that fixes that?
