While trying to move the workshop in sanctuary hills, an invisible river appeared in town that all my settlers, companions and myself now have to swim through. Loading previous saves did not fix it. Any ideas on how to make this go away? Half of a mountain also appeared in town but i was able to 'disable' it and it went away.

My game is broken now too. I got a popup from NMM stating that this was not their fault, but that uninstalling and reinstalling every single mod would fix it. It didn't. I can't even start a new game. I guess I'm done with FO4 until they fix it.

That mod is to be used in conjunction with the "Armed To The Teeth" mod, which has many CTD issues, and also shows every weapon you are carrying on your back, which is pretty ridiculous. I did check that one out and passed on it. Thanks for pointing it out though.

I'm looking for/requesting a mod that will show both weapons sheathed for dual wielding characters. It irritates me that my dual wield character only has a sheathed weapon on one hip. I would definitely prefer the weapons to be sheathed on the back, with a corresponding drawing and sheathing animation.
