So I was checking out a mod in relation to the Lakeview Manor; unfortunately, I accidentally glitched it in the process and the workbench (in order to build the manor in the first place and other stuff that should appear is gone. Is there anyway I could reset the entire process of purchasing it or somehow get said items to respawn?

Hi, just started playing Skyrim recently and currently in the process of downloading mods. I was just wondering if there's any mod that enables the adoption of multiple dogs in Skyrim Special edition? I want multiple dogs like Meeko and Vigilance to be able to stay in the house. Thanks in advance!
