  1. And this mod is also familiar to me. One of my most favourites, actually. :) But still - it don't have the things I need... But, thanks to ASS, the list is MUCH shorter it could be. :) Not a first day here, nearly all mods of samurai/akaviri thematic downloaded long ago and constantly monitored for updates.

  5. But it isn't 400 men is it? You also have 130 years. The germans were big on promoting the aryan womans ideal of having as many children for the war effort as possible. 130 years is easily 3 generations, perhaps 4. Now we are no longer talking 100's but possibly 1000's (even assuming a modest conservative estimate of 3 or 4 kids per woman). And how many clones, 1000's? More? After the great war, they have 200 years until the present time. How many more children, clones, slave races and conscripts in two centuries? Main limitations of population in Antarctica are lack of resources and space. Like in China. :) People want to eat and don't want to die of cold. And also they don't want fate like these for their children. True, transport is a problem if your moving around large scale troops. Assuming you can't commandeer any large civilian or military navel craft there is a better way to do it. Move a small well armed force to start a base on the mainland, it wouldn't take uch. Use your superior technology & military force to gather conscripts. You don't have to move your army to the mainland, because your army is potentially already on the mainland. Ceaser did it and he didn't have any troops or advanced tech to start with. The nazis would have huge advantages in this area. Well, little forward base could be settled. BTW, moves like this will demand much scouting and they must be carefull. Don't think they want to attract atention of BoS or Enclave (or, later, NCR) before the "D" Day". Ummm all told 130 years before the war, 200 years after, they have time....a lot of it. 330 years along with what would be some particularly adapt scientific minds. That is the amount of time from the end of the renaissance to the start of the 20th century. Apparently you can learn quite a bit in that time. Well, yes, they can. But with "stasis after the great war" scenario you can take of 100 years or so. Apparently not, ask the enclave and every other force in fallout (NCR, Legion etc) During Nuclear Winter BoS and Enclave hided in their bases, and Legion and NCR even did not existed. Nuclear Winter is something like 1816's "Year Without Summer", but much worser and longer. Sky covered by millions of tonns of radioactive ash, created by all-over-the-world fire. Sun blocked by heavy clouds of vaporised radioactive water and radioactive ash. Non-stop winter for decades. You even can't leave vault without NBC suit and gas-mask - or you'll die shortly or mutate, couse breathing "dry fog", wich consists of radioactive water and ash, is not very healthy, and this "dry fog" is everywhere. They are active before the great war and can gather information via several channels. Radio, tv, (civilian & military) and if they have anything like our internet these are good sources of info. Human agents (ufos are seen all the time) with great treasures/resources. Think about it, if you have an agent and few million in cash I bet it isn't too hard to buy up the equivalent of the library of congress on holotapes. And of course they have a 130 years to do it. They were in Antarctica, and I doubt TV or civil radio worked there good. About agents - yes, they could. And they needed a wide industrial espionage network to get tech wich they could not buy (last pre-war models of tech, wich were top secret). Do they? In addition you have to explain whey they are not a massively powerful faction (if not the ruling faction), why they haven't recovered the crashed saucer from the space battle and looted every source of military and technological treasure left (that's location was know before the war). Not to mention you loose the "ticking clock". In other words it's no longer a question of time, the nazis have been active for 100's of years and everything is ok, no rush to dispose of them. The timeline we've laid down previously to this takes care of all of these problems. It has one glaring error, in that there should be some reason the cryo chambers opened less than 4 years ago (so they do not witness the saucers re-entry) as opposed to 40 years ago, but other than that it's pretty solid. As I said, to be massivly powerfull faction they need much resouces and space. And most of resources were already used during pre-war waiting. All they have in Antarctica is tech and potential of creating large army by cloning. And, for example, Enclave, had cutting-edge tech, resources, population and, as far as I remember, weapon of mass destruction. Enclave was a power wich could spoil all the Nazi's plans of world domination. Also, Aliens themself. Pardon me if I'm wrong (I did not played Mothership Zetta), but they were here, on Earth's orbit. And to mess with their rather new and fully-functional mothership using out-dated and repaired Nazi's mothership could be deadly for Nazi's plans. Nazi can fight Enclave. NCR, BoS and, especially, Legion are easy targets. But not the alien mothership. So, they could wake up after the end of Nuclear Winter, finish something they did not finished due start of nuclear war and then return into stasis, leaving two or three immortals to monitore orbit... And those three immortals woke them all up after Fallout 3 period (Broken Steel and Mothership Zetta). Aliens were mostly destroyed, as well as Enclave - it's the best oppertunity to take over the world. Hm... How about adding head wires? I think, Nazi would prefere to ensure they would no repeat fail of VoulTec's cloning Vault (don't remember the number) and make some brain surgery on their mutants/deathclaws... But NOT the clones :) Thinking about Nazi's immortals... We could use ghouls's textures for them, but with a lot of cleaning (dry skin, but no burns or bone-demonstraing). One mor idea... Hitler's TV bot may have some parts of brainbot, with someone's dead brain inside. This will help in keeping secret of Furher's real face, and also it will be a surprise for player :)
  6. Don't know when halo weapon became classic... About other weapon... Don't be SO lazy and look for it on site. There are plenty of weapon, including the guns you mentioned.
  7. As I mentioned earlier, there are many reasons for Nazi to wait for . 1. Lack of personal. You can't conquer and control the world with 400 men. 2. Lack of transport. They needed something really big, not two rusty subs, to transport your army. 3. It takes much time to research, repair and adopt alien tech. And, first of all, they needed to study alien language - to read alien manuals. It takes time, much time. Weapon is the easiest part: "if it looks like a rifle, then it's may be rifle". But it takes much more time to repair ancient mothership. Do you remember - how much time it took to make Liberty Prime work? And here we have totally alien tech, lack of personal and resoucer, isolated base. 4. It's pointless to conquer the world during nuclear winter - it's cold and lifeless. 5. Also, before the war they must track on outer world's science. Study it. Copy it. So, they have planty things to do before the start of great war, as well as reasons to wait after the war. :)

  9. Of course, german names for weapon etc would be better. I have german names for some of this projects, but not for all. Too bad, I can spek only russian and english. About Thor... Well, this notes are rather old. I know about Thor weapon mod, as well as I know author of initial design (it was tesla cannon for giant nazi mech). It's hard to think of better name for lighning-based weapon. Except for name "Project "Mjölnir". I think, Nazi could have access on more advanced tech then just old-school blackpowder. For example, they could use undercovered agents all over the world to get what they want and german post-WW2 arctic research station "Neumayer" as mailbox. Lasers and plasma weapon (as well as energy ammo) looks pretty common in pre-GreatWar period. About population... It's a question of chosen scale. Caravans of two men and one brahmin are not very realistic too. Epic battles for Anchorage turned into tiny operations of less then 100 men. I doubt Nazi fortress is big and populated. There are problems with building materials in Antarctica - they could count only on supplies from Reich, wich were cut off in 1945. You can grow crops using some sort of modified greenhouses, you can hunt - but you can't get bricks or wood in Antarctica. Also, their must be some problems with populace - some are too old, some are turned into "zombies", some died of radiation and cryogenic melfunctions. Also, population of antarctic base must be rather limeted - they must save resources. The reason "why didn't they conquered the world right after war" is rather simple. They had no fleet - so the only oppertunity of escaping their ice prison in Antarctica is to repair ancient alien mothership. Also, don't forget about nuclear winter. It's pointless to conquer cold and extreemly radioactive world - you can't grow food, and to get human slaves you must seek them VERY hard. So, after the start of WW3 they gone into stasys - to save their population and forces untill the end of nuclear winter. And to give their future slaves an oppertunity to prepair the world for Nazi's return - restart farming and beer making, for example :)
  10. Here's some ideas: 1. About Nazi and alien tech I doubt nazi could create some hybrid or totally new weapon, based on alien's - it demands much more then having working alien weapon. It demands full scale theoretical base. The best they could do - reproduce excisting alien tech with little modifications (for example, alien rifle with wooden parts). 2. Some notes about possible history 1938-1939 - "New Swabia" nazi expedition (historical fact). Found frozen alien mothership. (fiction) 1943 - Grand Admiral Karl Dönitz declares about creating impenetratable Führer's fortress in Antarctica, created by german navy.(historical fact). German scientists studying alien tech, including clone machines (aliens cloned to serve their arian masters). 1945 - Adolf Hitler fakes his death (historical fact) and escapes to Antarctica (unknown) 1970-s - Hitler and high ranking nazi uses experimental life prolongation system, turned them into ghouls. Before the beguining of WW3 nazi, using their agents in outer world, gets differnt knowledge of modern tech (lasers, robots, plasma, power armor, rocket tech), as well as working models of tech. When the great war started, nazi gone into stasys, using alien tech. 3. Some notes about nazi research projects (taken from my notes about WW2 setting and adopted) 3.1. Project "Firelance" - creating of heavy laser weapon (high power laser, ML/TC grip) 3.2. Project "Ritter" - line of power armor, Rt.44 prototype was diesel powered 3.3. Project "Eternal Service" - research on life prolongation and risng dead. 3.4. Project "Thor" - tesla weapon 3.5. Project "Vrille" - psionic research 3.6. Project "Highest Race" - researching on cloning and gene manipulation. 3.7. Project "Meat Grinder" - creating nazi minigun. First prototype - RoMG.42 3.8. Project "Troll Bridge" - creating mutant grunts from lower races 3.9. Project "Odin's Amulet" - research on adaptation of alien personal shield 3.10. Project "Revange" - repairing ancient alien mothership. 4. Some notes about nazi units and weapon I think, the best variant of base unit would be normal clone-soldier with assault rifles (FO3 assault rifle with slight modifications may be used, it was based on MG.42), sniper rifles (Boon's rifle with slight modification) and machineguns (MG.42). Elite soldiers could be ritters (knights) in power armor with advanced weapon (alien, laser, plasma, tesla) and mutant grunts with MG.42 and flamethrowers (may be based on super mutants with added nazi clothing and armor elements). Well, that's all I can recall for now.

  12. Interesting theme you have here, interesting... Working on WWII-based fictional setting (tabletop RPG) for some time, can add some plot, mobs and items ideas... I'll think about this theme today, maybe I'll find out some good ideas about the plot. As for now... Hm... I think, it would be interseting enouph to have ghoulified Hitler in power armor :) Nazi faction may consist both of normal young arian clones and old-shool nazi-ghouls, including actual WW2-veterans. I'll add more odd ideas when I'll get home.
  13. Funnie thing - you already have something like M24. US Army M24 sniper rifle is military variant of Remington 700. And FNV's hunting rifle looks extreemly similar to Remington 700.
  14. I tried to find something like this for many 3 days, but failed. Only thing I could find is fur "bikini", wich is nothing common with shamanism... So, I'm writing my idea here. In minimal format it is a set of items. Shaman Costume - based on vanilla leather armor with brighter texture, i think, but with som elements of vanilla fur armor (animal tails), different pendants (teeth, little bones), primitive painting (animals, birds. skulls). Sleeves and pants dekorated with feathers and tapes. Items of Power - granted by spirits, other shamans and gods. Gives powerfull spells wen equiped. Looks like set of dreamcatchers, differents stones (jade, amber - no precious stones) and teeth etc. Item of Might - filled Dreamcathers. One-use spirit summoning item. Shaman mask - fur helm or hood with wooden mask of witch doctor. Also, may be added animal masks (wolf, deer, bird, bear etc). Shaman tamburine - blunt weapon, decorated with primitive painting and feathers. Easy to break (one-two hits), but adds shaman spells while in hands (different lesser spirit summoning, etc). Shaman ritual knife - animal bone dagger, can harm ghosts, some enchentements (poison) Shaman bow - based on iron bow mesh, decorated with feathers. Grants lesser combat spells. Empty Dreamcatcher - little special item, a bit similar to Star of Azurra. Used to create Items of Power by capturing spirits. Also may include some special spells. For example, script spell of summonig ghost creature from soulstones or dreamcatcher. Max format including class, quest... and scripting. Something like choosing shaman class triggers special quest of becoming the shaman. 1. From the start of the game PC suffers of shaman illnes. Slow health loss, nightmares, maybe - sporatical atacks of some nature spirits. Spirits demands PC to learn the way of shaman. 2. From some sources PC knows of old shaman (some place near the Gnoll mountain, maybe) who can learn him (from clerics, mages or books) 3. PC going to shaman and tals to him, gets from shaman special dream potion. After drinking potion PC teleports two the Netherworld (separated location, looks like foggy forest... or something like KotN's heaven (where PC talked to Pelinal), where he passes the trials, speaks with animal spirits about way of shaman and choose his personal spirit protector (gives permanent bonus to attribures, like Bear Spirit - +10 Endurance, Stag Spirit - +10 Speed etc). PC gets Spirit Sight power (detect life + nightvision for 30sec). 4. After returning (trevel to spirits realm took 3 days), old shaman starts a new line of quests about making of shamans tools. 5. After starting tools set completed (costume, tamburine, mask), player joined to shamans&spirits faction 6. To become more powerfull shaman, PC must find another shamans and spirits and fulfill thir quests. PC will gein Items of Power, renewed costumes and tools, new spells and faction ranks. To achieve max rank, he must gain respect of gods by doing quests for them. According to shamans, their are four worlds: Mortal world, Spirit world, Heavens (where Nine Divines and Ancestral Spirits live) and Underworld (daedra world). To acess spirit world shaman must cast special spell, to achieve Heaven and Underworld he must use special items - shaman ledder (painted and decorated ledder to access Heaven) or shaman boat (painted and decorated log, to access Underworld). Many quests involve such Trevels. Nearely all shaman spells require costume, Items of Power, tamburine. Tamburine for lesser spells (like dispells, curses, banish spells), Items for summoning (combat spells and spirits summonings). If PC have much infamous, he can't visit Heavens safely and will be atacked by shamans, animals and nature spirits on sight. In this case, he can become Lawless Shaman and get respect of dark daedra and gods. Capturing NPC's or animal's souls without permission, undead creating etc gets PC infamous. If shaman is out of animal souls and he don't want to be Infamous, he must ask great spirits about permission for refilling his dreamcathers. If permission granted, great spirit summons requested animal, hostile to PC. If PC wins, he gets the soul for his dreamcatcher.
