  1. Refer to this thread, it is very relevant and I have just found it: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3469205-counter-for-of-idle-settlers-show-current-job-on-mouseover-assign-random-idle-settler-button/
  2. as a wasteland survivor, i don't believe that raiders are able to cooperate with one another and have a "team" of their own, either.
  3. I have couple of ideas on improving the UI of the very vague and hardly explained feature of the game - settlement building. I find it quite troublesome spending minute after minute, chasing around and looking for the NPC responsible for my crops or guard posts. You are able to identify who's in charge of what, by highlighting a settler. But most of the times, the highlight is obscured so it is hard to tell which object a certain settler is in charge of, and especially when the settler is far away. For players' sakes, the names of the settlers should be changed to titles like "farmer", "guard", or a "scavenger", much like how a settler becomes provisioner when sent on supply mission. A second option would be to forget about the latter and create an ability for the players to change the names of the settlers to whatever they'd like. On top of these ideas, an ability to select the settler while his/her job is highlighted would be great. Along with these, a full roster of all settlers and their roles would make job management easier. ::Referring to Fallout Shelter:: it can save people a lot of time, should any settlers stray away from their workplace. It is also excellent for quick-assigning a free settler to a specific bed, to a job, or even equipment/weapons. Adding a settlement overview screen should also give you bird's eye view of the settlement (much like an RTS game) up to the edge of the settlement borders, not just settler management. I find snapping very weird in this game, so it only makes sense that players should be in first person view and located close to the building site. So at the moment, I cannot think of anything to improve on the building aspect. Another "pseudo" idea that I have is to assigning "HQ" to a chosen settlement. A unique feature of your main base of op. would be having the access to settler management of all your settlements. So, excluding the building aspect, you'd pretty much be able to manage your remote settlements without having to go to every individual ones yourself. Please discuss. With all the mods pouring out, expanding and improving settlement feature, I see a bit of potential. It would only get better if the UI is changed, instead of overly simplified one like the vanilla.
  4. Thanks I'll try that out
  5. OOPS, GTX 560 is what I meant. GT 460 is my previous gpu lol
  6. Hello I've been having this problem for week now and have been trying to solve it ever since. I've searched everywhere on google and this forum, I've studied multiple cases of Skyrim stutter and have applied unofficial patches even the 64hz patch. Still no progress in stopping the stutter. Over all, the game runs fast and smooth, but when I enter the tavern in whiterun and leave the tavern back into the town itself, it starts stuttering. Stutter is most extreme around the area of the well, where market stands are. And on that spot near the well, when looking towards where Jorvaskr and Dragonsreach are located raises even more stutter to the point game is almost frozen for 10-20 seconds, then trying to turn away takes another 10-20 seconds of freezing and then stuttering only to be back to normal when facing towards the town's main gate. This is strange, but I am suspecting NPCs have something to do with it. Any ideas? My spec is Windows 7 64-bit Core 2 Duo 3.2ghz Nvidia 460 GT 4GB RAM and I am using SKSE I have tried lowering all settings to LOW, stutter persists even without Highres texture packs. here are the mods I use
