I was a big fan of the Alternate Start mod for Skyrim, mostly because I like to experiment with mods and swap them. Starting a fresh game does a lot for long term stability if I end up sticking to the mod order I use. The problem is that Fallout 4 has a fairly long opening, with the pre-war setup and vault 111. While easy enough to rush through, it gets tiring doing that content over and over. Maybe a mod could add something in the beginning, an item to click on to configure what you want to do? Wake up in vault 111, start at the elevator rising out of the vault, or start in different settlements/cities?

Anyone making a mod like this? With the CK out and mods flooding in, it's not wise to use a character save from the end of vault 111. Always better to make a new character right? Except Fallout 4's prologue is almost as awful as Skyrim's in terms of just wanting to make a new character.

I have about 75 mods according to BOSS, I run Wyre Bash and have OBMM. Everything worked fine yesterday. However I had installed Darnified UI and have had oblivion XP for a long time before it, so I couldn't see much of XP unless I checked menus. So I reinstalled it tonight and selected the Darnified UI compatability option, and now whenever I try to play Oblivion my game crashes when trying to load a save game. Also want to note that my game looks...fuzzier for some reason. Everything but Oblivion is fine, but the game looks a lot less sharp.

I'll just bump once before giving up.

I've been using the Race Balancing Project mod for a while, and have successfully made a ohmes-raht and xivilia. Recently though I made a warrior and tried to make a daedra seducer. When I close the race editor (right before leaving the sewers), the game immediately goes black and crashes. I've searched google to no avail and I havent found much help in the troubleshooting. I'm wondering if I installed it wrong somehow, even though the other races work (have not tried the aquamer yet). EDIT: Tested all the races. Aquamer and Daedra Seducer both cause CTD, but every other added race works fine. EDIT 2: None of the RBP races work now. All cause a crash as soon as I exit the character creation screen.
