yup :)
-
other possibility could be having an unflattened image when using Photoshop for editing, prior to saving out

it's not down, just changed domain name to slofslair

swap file = virtual memory
Virtual memory is hard disk space allocated to act as RAM, but works much slower - it works as an overflow when all the RAM is in use.
You can adjust it in Windows 7 by:
1 - Right click on "Computer" in the start menu, and select "Properties"
2 - In the system window that opens up, select "Advanced system settings" (left hand menu)
3 - In the System Properties window that pops up, click on the Advanced tab and then click on the Performance settings button.
4 - Select the "Advanced" tab in the Performance Options pop up, and at the bottom you will see the option to change your virtual memory settings
-
you could try Argonian Beautification
EDIT: Markin beat me to it - oh well I provided the link anyway ;)

BOSS loads Cobl Races quite low in the order, While Cobl TNR is right near the top. TNR / SI also need to be unchecked, and just be tag imported into the bashed patch (NPC & Race iirc)
If you haven't already, I suggest using BOSS to sort out your load order (the OP's LO looks like it does anyway).
@OP You could look into cleaning some of the mods - this page has a list of mods that do & don't need cleaning, as well as a link on how to clean them.
As mentioned earlier, you need to deactivate the Clocks of Cyrodill.esp, as BBC's version is a replacer (afaik it just causes you to have duplicate clocksin certain locations)
Other than that, do you use any Hi Res texture replacers like Qarl's, Bomret's? If yes, then your crashes could be just caused by GPU/CPU/Memory overload. I would suggest getting Oblivion Stutter Remover and Streamline to help with memory purges & FPS etc. (You could also use the Better Cities FPS patches too)
I would also try running without Salmo activated - That has been known to cause CTDs in the past, and it also doesn't run well with Immersive Interiors at this current time (you'll fall through the shop floor)
-
I noticed there wasn't a bashed patch in that list, so I'm assuming you aren't using Wrye Bash. Personally I would recommend using it, especially with the different beauty mods you're using. It will also help to cut down on the number of loaded ESPs by merging / including most of them into the bashed patch (UOP Vampire aging & face fix for example)
-
sorry for the shameless self plug, but it is also available for playable Vanilla & Cobl races - IIRC it's no.64 or 65 from the Coolsims hair designs converted by Lucha
-
its because v3 uses Throttlekitty's Head06 mesh which uses a different UV texture. Your best bet, should you wish to stick to the v2 textures, is to use the v2 head mesh
-
the DLT_Remover doesn't seem to work for me either, even though it is fully merged into my bashed patch, so I'm guessing there may be a slight bug with it - I'm using BAIN versions of OOO 1.33 & 1.34b5 so I know its nothing to do with how its installed
-
This might be a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone had the F-INevOblivion 1.1 WIP Head06 textures that Navetsea was working on quite a while back. I know it was uploaded to filefront, but those links are long since dead. I really like the head06 replacer, but of course the available skinset downloadable on this site is incompatible.
EDIT: nvm I managed to find it
-
did you install the 2nd DVD?
That is the one with KoTN and Shivering Isles on it - (didn't do this myself when I first got the game)
EDIT: nvm I see that KoTN is working

hi. can anybody knows how is called the armor from this link
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/3471-1-1255048893.jpg
I wrote to the author of this picture but no response
Regards.
it looks like a modified version of Jojjo's Lich King armour, or its a combination of that and another armour set. Not sure what the other one is from though, if it is
-
Oh I also forgot to mention Alien Skin Software, and primarily Eye Candy, which I used to use for various texturing effects, but they have quite a few more useful plugin packages that could be used for Oblivion modding
-
Kai's Power Tools used to be a really nice set of plugins for Photoshop way back... not sure if KPT 5, 6 & 7 work in CS4, but I know they worked in CS2 - Not free though, there was also Kai's Power Goo.
Edit: Corel merged all 3 versions of KPT - KPT Collection

wait, you're talking about after the fight between them? afaik you can't regain their loyalty once it's been lost
I was referring to the fact that if you have high paragon/renegade during their "argument" you get extra chat options (red/blue) that basically makes you neutral to the whole argument, thus keeping both their loyalties
-
I always left Jack's loyalty mish as the last before doing the IFF, so I guess that's why its never been an issue, but then again I've also had maxxed Paragon points at that point too
-
Thanks to DOSBox, I can relive my college days when I used to play Magic Carpet, Little Big Adventure and X-Wing (remember going thru 6 joysticks in a month on X-Wing, trying to complete the last few missions)
-
@LHammonds
You have to have very high Paragon/Renegade points to be able to keep both loyalties during the Miranda/Jack fight, so that it will bring up a blue/red chat option
(same applies with the Tali/Legion scenario. Oh and you also lose loyalty with Tali if you tell the Admirals that it was her father's fault in her loyalty mission)
-
Is it better than the first one? Can you say that it's the best RPG you've played so far? I can't wait to get my hands on it.
I think I can say yes to this. I spent 26hrs straight last w/e playing this baby - as LHammonds said, I found it really hard to put this game down
-
Absolutely loving ME2, and the fact that whatever you do in it is going to directly effect ME3.... can't wait
-
I still have the originals of TIE Fighter, Flashback and SC2000 on 3.5 floppies floating around somewhere... I've never thrown out any of my games. Not even going to try to count how many I have. Console games, on the other hand, total 1 - FFXII - I purely bought it to run on my PC using PCSX 2.0 (which it does brilliantly)
-
:o
I'm taking that as a Yes! then :P

My player character's appearance changed...
