I'm trying to learn FNV modding but I can't figure out how to open my .DDS files with Nifskope (I'm Probably being uberstupid) I've looked up how to convert .dds files to .nif format but nothing. If anyone would please show mercy and show me how the hell to fix this problem that would be great. (P.S. Feel free to chastise me)

I was wondering if anyone else would love to see a mod that adds sawn-off weapons like the Hunting Rifle sawn-off all "Obrez" style and possibly a chopped down Single Barrel Shotgun I have been trying to no avail to make mods like this but I just don't have the expertise. Obrez Single Barrel Shotgun
