Thanks Thanks for the help, Thandal. I was beginning to think that mission was going to end like Jaws of Hakkon did. That one was really bad. The game freezes while assaulting the castle. Every time I try and enter the Secret Temple, that is it. I've taken out all mods, updated and repaired the game through Origin, and Jaws of Hakkon just quits on me during the final siege. There is something seriously wrong with that download. Thanks again for the assistance.

I need to throw a switch within a few seconds after another switch is pulled, but the switches are too far apart to run to after the first switch is pulled. Hold position command is not working. so I can't position other companions to pull the switches. Have tried tactical camera but the companions only seem to go a certain distance and then they automatically return to where you are. Is there any solution or are these parts of the game bugged to the point of where the mission can not be completed?

I ran into the same problem. I downloaded GFF Editor For Neverwinter Nights 2 based on KGFF, and I use that to make adjustments to UTC files instead.

Ok, I think I discovered what the problem was. The Winter Forge mod seems to have issues with the enchanting in Awakenings. I removed The Winter Forge and the problem is gone.

I am playing Dragon Age Awakenings for the first time on my PC. When I say I want Ambassador Cera to enchant something for me, the game continually tries to save the rune configuration after that. It won't stop trying to do that. It happens two or three times a minute every minute where the screen freezes or moves slow enough so the rest of the game is unplayable. I have tried to save the game and return to the point after I have spoken to her to see if there is any change, but the same thing keeps happening. The only alternative is to go back to a point before speaking to her and have nothing enchanted. Is there any way to fix this? Is there anyplace else in the game where I can have enchanting done?

I have had Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition for months on my PC, but a problem has recently come to my attention within the last week. There are frequent times when I am playing the game, and then the screen goes blank as the shield icon goes down to the taskbar on my desktop. I have to click on the shield for the game to continue, but having this happen two or three times a minute is more than I can stand, especially when I am missing scenes and dialogue. Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it? Any suggestions would be appreciated very much.
