What are some gun/ammo mods you use?
I'd like to know mostly to make some patches for a mod I'm working on, its ammo crafting related.

Perhaps listing allowed ports in additional permissions would provide the simplest solution?
At least simplest for Nexus Mods to do. -
Its a complicated issue that I have no idea what to do about.
There are the matters of mods being uploaded with no permission and there are the matters of this being even more of a hassle.
Perhaps there is not a perfect solution but instead a compromise that can increase protections of mods from being uploaded without permission but with not too high hassle.
Maybe require ports to list a way to contact the original author?

No source just means it can no longer tell you where it came from or notify you of updates.
You might be able to add it back in in the menu you open when you double click it.

So what I have skyrim on pc but downloaded from the xbox app how can I use nexus mods then
For that you would need to change a setting.
And remember that no SKSE dependent mod will work on it.

Just make what ever you want, but keep it simple enough you don't get overwhelmed,
Like I started out with ports and mods that changed armor ratings to my liking, and here I am making the same types of mods :laugh:

There is also a secret Discord for mod authors, okay not that secret, but a bit out of the way.

To add a game quickly, other than making a new extension yourself, would be to use the extension called "Add Game Wizard" to add it, it would work as long as there is only one directory used for those mods.

Odd, I had that back in 1.5.1, but 1.5.2 fixed it for me.
Could try filing a bug report.

I remember that, but it was supposed to be fixed in a update that happened sorta recently, I personally haven't had it since that update.

That is really more of a list of popular Open World games rather than Skyrim-like games.

Its mostly just making esps with recipes for those ammo types.
