What resolutions you use? I'm running on AMD fx-8320 and Gtx 760, 12GB ram I haven't been in institute yet, but reading this im afraid i get lags. I play on 1600x900 resolution on my 32" fullhd tv though. Any bigger resolution makes any text too small for my like.

Okay after search and testing I found fix here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=554906882 If anyone else has this problem, that link has good instructions how to fix this bug. Worked for me.

Hey, i had same problem. It seems launcher resets resolution for some reason. You have to edit two different ini files to be exact same: Fallout4Prefs.Ini in your user/.../documents/My Games/Fallout4 folder AND Fallout4Prefs.ini in your Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout4 folder there is another Fallout4 folder there that has only one file and its Fallout4Prefs.ini. If you edit both of these files Find similar to this: bTopMostWindow=0 bMaximizeWindow=1 bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=0 And change it to values i have here. Also Make sure resulutionvalues: iSize H iSize W are same in both files. Save both files and then start fallout only with Fallout4.exe, not Fallout4Launcher.exe This fixed me the fullscreen problem.

Hi. Has anyone encountered this bug? My pipboy is invisible, i can see keyshortcuts bottom of the screen but nothing else. I think this has to do something with that I was wearing powerarmor and then put powerfist as favorite, after that I tried put it on with shortcut key, nothing happened. I opened pipboy and saw it can't be wielded with powerarmor. Anyway, after that i exit powerarmor, my pipboy is gone. It shows fine when i use powerarmor, but when not, i can't see pipboy at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have same problem. And it's weird vanilla Generals runs fine.

I want to know more about it first. Compatibility with programs, operation speed compared to 8.1, will it support my old soundcard Theadron DD(8 didn't find new drivers, found luckily working ones made by other company), and other small details. Propably upgrading in time anyway. It has year time anyway. They keep updating it.

Lel, I always install everything manually. But yeah, need mod sorting program with archive invalidation (bsa tools are nice too) and I also use wrye bash for compatibility. To start you can use something like NMM for easy installing, but if you learn how to do with manually, you can fix lot installing errors yourself. That's why i recommed learning manual way.

Sid Meier's Pirates is one of the best pirate themed games. Even it's pretty old. I'm suprised I can't find many mods for it. Looks it's very easy to mod. There is this PakBuild tool that extracts files and game uses Nif's and DDS just like Bethesda games. I have made few texturereplacers for it, also made my custom ENB. Then there is this new game called Raven's cry. I looks good, I haven't played it though. And found out something called Pirates of Black Cove, that seems to be strategy game.

Making custom weather could work. Make clouds and sky look like water surface. Just idea I got from thinking about Fallout weather mod called Infernal sky. It makes the world look so different than vanilla.

You must find old version of BOSS and also old masterlist file for it. Doesn't work with new mods, but what can you do, not many programs support Xp anymore. You can also try find tutorial how to sort mods yourself in Wyre bash or something. It's usually similar loadorder. Usually sound mods come first if I'm correct. But look it up.

I would get Gtx titan and i7 if I could. Computer developement is slowing down. Tablets and consoles are taking more production. PC parts might even rise in future. Looks like that now, but who knows..Might be opposite...

That can be done with script. I haven't done lot scripting with geck, almost none. Try looking for tutorial fro script and something that shows how to attach it to dialog.

Try install mod again. Use removeitem command with mod, save if arrows are removed. Then uninstall mod and load save. Also if it still crashes, you can try edit esp file with tes5edit. Find arrow count and change it. Remember remove all items from mod, and save, before you are going to delete mod.

Some ENB settings don't work on some Graphic cards. It's always about your hardware how the game looks with enb. Some monitors also make ENB's look different than in author pictures. Try download orginal newest ENB from Enb homepage. Then install that enb you use, over it. If nothing changes, you can try turn some effects off in Ini file and test with settings until ENB works.

Do you have modded skeleton installed? It looks like your skeleton.nif has something wrong. Or possibly modded armor or animation?

Yeah it's not cpu heavy anymore. It's so old game. But some mods can be cpu heavy though :tongue: I got new parts for xmas too. It looks sooo much better now running with Enb and NMCs texture pack with 4k textures. I may buy dual graphic card later but now i run with single gtx 760. Also need better cpu, even my old Phenom II is still decent. One thing was annoying. There wasn't any green/recovered wasteland retextures with 4k nor even 2k. I made myself them then. May load it on nexus in some point.

Sometimes that happen when you use Wrye Bash and it combines something and then you remove something and boom! You are suddenly missing some original files. Remember to make em backups with wrye unless you want to reinstall every time. And if you haven't used bash. It's good tool to find those conflicting mods.

I bet there is already outfit that would look right for Crow. (black trench coat?) All needed would be just warpaint. Replacer (or Racemenu plugin maybe?) I could try this sometime. Maybe next year. Problem is I'm being very, very lazy at creating anything. Mainly playing with photoshop and never adding edits in game (and even more rarely upload them.) I liked the original movie a lot though.

I cheat every time. It's singleplayer after all. Much funnier than loading save after dying all the time. So i support cheating in single player. Playing is for the fun anyway and not to be taken too serious.
