Custom voices are normally used to replace already existing race voices. They are stored in folders like Imperial and will replace the voice of all characters of that race. You could also create your own race (same menu) and create your own voice (folder name for files is same as the race name).
So voice folder is automaticly related to race name when creating custom race with custom voice? And Construction Set adds voice automaticly to the list as long as voice folder is named same as race and filenames are named correctly? Also where you need lip-files, are they necessary when creating custom voice for custom race?

Easiest would be to just change the voice of the race in the construction set. Load the esp, click character (in menu) -> race -> change male and female voice of race to Imperial or whatever.
I'm wondering the voice too. I'm pretty newb at modding so my questions may be silly, but i ask anyway.
Does that include custom voices too? Are they automaticly at list when u add new folder at data\sound\voice\oblivion.esm or do you have to add them somehow with CS? Does it need scripting?

How is the Adoring Fan so annoying? I mean, he IS your personal worshipper. I know his quotes get a little annoying but he actually does what you ask him to. Plus who doesn't want their own fan?
Its not that hes annoying.... Its just that hes fun to kill in interesting ways!! Such as shooting him in the face off dive rock! depicted below.

Telling him "beat it kid, i don't need a fan" at Dive Rock right at edge is much funnier than shooting. ;D

Funniest thing i ever experinced is when you go Dive Rock with adoring fan, and tell him you don't need him anymore. He goes suicidial and runs directly south to his death. I saw video about this first, but when u see it in game it's even funnier. :laugh:

I have done two ends, cesar and yes man, and i liked Yes man more. I never liked the NCR really, i usually end up against them somehow, but i'm planning to play every ending.

You can use a Nvidia card with that mobo, it has a PCI x16 slot. You should try to at least get a HD 5770 though.
Really, you'll be more happy gaming on a console than a $300 computer.

Hmm, maybe i buy better graphic card whenever i get more money, using more than 100e on card is not what i can go at the moment. But the problem is that i already ordered the stuff. :wacko:
Well, soon i have pile of old graphic cards if i keep upgrading it all the time ;D

5 year old parts of my computer need to go. I decided to get new parts. Most because Gta IV won't work on this. Also would love better graphics on other games. Yes, like Fallout NV works fine on this, just on low details.
Im on low budjet and here is list what i have already ordered:
AMD Athlon II X2 250 Proccessor
Asrock M3A UCC motherboard
Club 3D Radeon HD4350 PCI graphic card (would have liked nvidia more, but coulnd't find any with normal PCI connector that fits better on motherboard)
Corsair Value Select 2Gt 1333;Hz DDR3 DIMM RAM memory (One 2Gt for now, buying more later)
and
Chieftec CTG-400 400W 80+ 12cm ATX powersupply (Im wondering if 400w is enough for all components)
Edit: 400W is enough i have used power calculator and find out even 350W is ok.
I'm gonna use old dvd-drive and hard drives.
By the way i have never installed proccessor myself and i don't know anything about it, is it easy?
Edit: I watched video about installing proccessor, shouldn't be a problem as i ordered box that has all on it for installation.
Any comments and advices?

Alternative start mod makes me start in Ic waterfront(i never use anvil option of mod), and i have also mod that adds merchant to waterfront that sells special ring that fortifies speed. So every time i start new game i go there and buy that ring. Can't stand that slow running at lvl 1.

If I remember rightly it wasn't well optimised at the time, if your PC is that old then it may just not be powerful enough. If memory serves there were a lot of reflections in the game, shiny floors ect, try turning them off.
Yes, i have tried game with different resolutions and graphical options. The lagg is always the same.
The game system reqruiments are:
Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
1Ghz processor
256MB RAM
200MB virtual memory (swap file)
4x CD-ROM
600MB free hard disc space
100% DirectX 8.1 compatible video card or higher
DirectX compliant sound card
Already installed DirectX 8.1 or higher
Also Geforce 6 series is supported.
My computer stats are higher in every category. I don't really get what can be wrong.
edit add: I think the problem is gone as soon as i get my new pc parts :smile:

What monsters i expect are werewolves, rieklings, draugr and new looking spriggans, winged twilight maybe too. Nordic and ice armors are must. Maybe skill to make armor from hides. Good variety of different animals and flora is expected.

It may be like Fallout's stutter. I didn't really notice much outright lag though. Bloodrayne 2's a pretty old game, maybe it doesn't like your modern hardware/OS.
My computer is as old as that game. :laugh: Maybe if i had newer computer game would work. I dunno. Too bad there is always some incombatibles, you can't fix.

I have bloodrayne and bloodrayne 2. Both good games. The problem is that bloodrayne 2 keeps lagging even i have system reqruiments. I have Nvidia Geforce 6600 graphic card and it should work just fine on that. I have installed new drivers for card but it don't help. Game just keeps lagging and it's not even related to graphic options of game. Anyone know what could help?

Person that grins all the time the way adoring fan does, is bit annoying and creepy. He also repeats the same old phrases all the time. Ain't those reasons big enough? :ermm:
Yeah, but all npcs repeat the same quotes. also if your fame is high, everyone smiles at you.
Well, fan's grin is more like grin, not smile. Like he's mocking you with that grin. And what makes phrases so annoying is his way to talk. (also find that dunmer in waynon priory, who comes saying "help" when mythic dawn attacks there, has very annoying voice.) Many npcs have annoying voice, but adoring fan is worst. He sounds so overeager.

The last part of the main quest, when I had to get Martin into the temple of the one.
It was so irritating I dusted off the console and killed off all the daedra in my way.
Yes, that was really annoying, specially when you run avoiding the daedra and then appear message: "Martin has died blah blah blah", because hes getting stuck behind some daedras and you end up loading quicksave. :wacko:

Best: Finding the waterchip finally.
Worst: Dying on radiation in Glow.
Fallout 2:
Best: Beating the final boss.
Worst: Getting stuck on that annoying "door-maze-room" in Enclave oil rig.

Are you starting the CS with obse_loader? Here's an excerpt from the OBSE readme:
RUNNING TES:CONSTRUCTION SET WITH OBSE:Scripts written with these new commands must be written via the TESConstructionSet launched with obse_loader. Open a command prompt window, navigate to your oblivion install folder, and type "obse_loader -editor". The normal editor can open plugins with these extended scripts fine, it just can't recompile them and will give errors if you try.
I edited my CS desktop shortcut to run obse_loader ... just make sure the -editor switch is located after the quote( " ) mark. (i.e. "C:\Games\Oblivion\obse_loader.exe" -editor).
Yes, i loaded CS with obse_loader. File obse_editor.txt shows that commands are registered on editor and loaded correctly.

Hmm about the aliens travel far jsut to do abductions.. I think they come from another dimension and aren't so far even. Maybe they are even humans from future? Evolution on bigger brains and less muscels. I don't know.
And about my experience; dream or not it has affected my whole life.

It has something to do with Iran and the fact that all other dictators at middle east are taken down. Iraq was first, Egypt followed, now it's Libya and soon Syria. Sunni leaders are struck down as Shia (aka Iran) are not.

So i ask how i make a script in CS using obse plugin commands? CS don't recognice the obse scripts even obse and its plugins are loaded fine. Is there certain starting script if you make an obse script or something? Can anyone show example of obse script in CS script editor?

I was wondering why there is no thread about this. So i made one.
The earhtquake in Japan have had worse effects they ever imagined. Nuclear power plant in Fukushima was damaged seriously. Three of the six nuclear reactors have gone to a partial meltdown. Fukushima has ten times more nuclear fuel than Chernobyl had. Reactors have been cooled down with seawater that makes water seriously radiated. Plutonium has been found on soil near power plant. There was measured a 10 million times higher radiation values compared to normal. But later it was said to been mistake. The real amount was 10,000 times higher. That is horrible large number too. Evacuation has been made only in radius of 20 kilometres from power plant, even the measurements of radiation are too high even 70 kilometres from the site.

Aliens... Yes. I have had experience about aliens when i was little. Had encounter. Pretty scary, couldn't sleep fine for years, still can't sometimes. Just saying, it wasn't sleep paralysis, i could move during it. After that encounter i tried some years figure out what i saw, until i some tv program about gray aliens. Yea, the creature looked the same. That's all i'm telling about because nobody believes me anyway. But i believe in aliens, i must, because the experience.
