This may have been covered another 2 thousand times, but I've tried every single fix I've been able to find. Such as fast traveling away, then back. Or killing him (down on his one knee) then disabling and reenabling him. Fast traveling to the camp itself (Liberate the Rift) or saving and reloading. None of these things work. Help, please.
