[Galmar Stone-Fist "Reporting In" Problem]

This may have been covered another 2 thousand times, but I've tried every single fix I've been able to find. Such as fast traveling away, then back. Or killing him (down on his one knee) then disabling and reenabling him. Fast traveling to the camp itself (Liberate the Rift) or saving and reloading. None of these things work. Help, please.

[My recently started quest markers don't show up?]

All of my previous quests that I've had running still show up, but any new quest that's added doesn't show up on the compass. It only works on the world map. I've only gotten 2 map mods, and I tried disabling both of them but the problem still persists. Any help would be amazing.
