hey guy im looking for someone with photoshop exp to make a photoshop texture tutorial, i would really like to learn how to texture. the only thing i know is how to change the colors of things. if anyone can make one that would be amazing! or lead me to a good one! let me know and thank you. p.s. anyone who understands blender, i cant get it set up correctly so i put the fallout meshes into blender, when i go to install one of the needed programs it tells me i need to install the others ones first but there already installed, any ideas? :blink:
