I was wondering what I needed to do to start creating my own mods. Programs I might need to download, tips, anything really. I have a few things I wanted to attempt to tackle (like giving warrior more skill slots *cough* *cough*) but if that proves too difficult I have plenty of mods I'd like to attempt that should just be number changes.
