Fallout: NV ( GECK Lightning Problem )

So, lets make this short and easy. I didn't used a Construction Set since Oblivion, and I bought New Vegas today, I wanted to give it a try with the geck, create a home in Goodsprings, that sort of stuff. Problem is that when I select a LightFX ( The Light Object that adds light to a cell) the light goes off and I can't activate it anymore (?). I'm getting very frustrated, it's a bug? It's something that I don't know? The Construction Set (Now GECK) changed a lot since Oblivion, but why my goddamn lights go OFF?! Kudos to the first guy who will manage to help me.. :sad:
