no one have any suggestions at all? even if to tell me that im been stupid and it couldn't possibly be that causing the crash and it's just a crazy coincidence that it just so happens to be around the same 2gb memory mark... -
Hi all, im having random crash to desktop and freeze's in skyrim recently, my system has 12GB ram, win 7 64 bit, Radeon 6950 2GB card, 3.2GHz quad core processor. When it freezes or hangs on loading screen when i open task manager ive noticed its always at the same 2gb memory point... 2074 something like that... i mean it could be one of the many mods i have installed, but when it happened i turned most of my recent mods off and it still happend but i do have a LOT of HQ textures installed... i just wondered if i could have installed something or messed up the 4gb usage patch tht skyrim was suppose to have installed, also is there another way i can make skyrim large address aware to see if it is this causing the problem...

Hi all, this is my first mod request / suggestion, and im guessing it wont be possible till the creation kit... but i would love that during heavy snow storms, the visibility should be dramatically reduced... or increase the amount of snow that is falling, make it denser Also (im sure this will need the ck) would it be possible to make the player camera movement more realistic, instead of the ... god this is hard to explain... watch this, then you mite understand. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jIXag9D6A38 see how the camera moves around more, as if its an actual person moving around without the exact precision most games seem to have

skse crash to desktop from main menu

removed the d3d9.ll from enb, thats all you need to do to disable it... i mite add that before the latest patch when i use to launch the game through the 4gb.exe, skse + enb use to work together fine -
Since the new patch ive not been able to use skse ( yes ive updated it through the website to the latest version before someone asks =p ) i use to use the 4gb patch launcher before but since i dont need it now after the patch, ive just launched the game through steam, up until recently when i wanted to try that TESV Acceleration Layer and my brother pointed out that launching the game through steam dosnt launch the script extender (which is why i guess skyui has been telling me skse isnt working) so when i launch it through the skse_loader the Bethesda logo loads up then the main menu, then before the continue game, options etc comes up, the game just closes to the desktop.... i dont know what is causing it, ive removed ENB to see if tht was it but nope... and i cant seem to find anyone else with the same problem =/ any ideas?

Hi all, im currently messing around with weapon attachments in nifskope from a weapon mod. I can combine different stocks / scopes / tri-pods within the weapon mod its self but i want a laser effect coming from the laser sight on the gun, the weapon mod does not make use of a laser sight but i have another weapon mod that does. Ive copied the laser branch from the mod with it, and ive lined it up on the weapon i want to add it too, but im unsure how i add the texture to it... when i play the game and add the weapon to my inventory, the game crashes when i go to draw the weapon out which im guessing is caused by the missing texture / mesh of the laser... hope that makes sense to someone lol thanks

does it matter, its not getting released anyway, as much as i admire the guys effort, releasing a video basically saying "yup look at my amazing version of the game, but oh no wait, i cant give it to you..." is a bit harsh, i know he cant release it for legal reasons... but still -

the weapons themselves are unique, there downloaded weapons... some do have lasers, scopes but there built onto the model, not attachable in game -

right, so using fnvedit i have combined all the weapon mods i want to display into one esp, ive disabled the origional seperate ones and the game still runs fine with the modded guns, so im guessing that has worked. I then loaded up FNVedit and flagged both my new weapon esp (combined weapons.esp) and the underground hideout mod (UHNV.esp) as .esm's loaded them both up in geck, added a couple to the wall to test, saved my new esp as UHNV Weapons on wall.esp and put that higher in the load order in fomm, removed the .esm tags from both UHNV and combined weapons, loaded the game up and still nothing.... should i only tag the combined weapons.esp and not the UHNV.esp? -

already allowed multiplemasterfiles bit now... were is the .esm tag located under the file header, all i can see is this (see attachment) -

im a noob and dont really understand whats going on here, could you put it more simply/easier. from all my previous experience with mods, master files are only used with big mods for whatever reason... my brother has made a small mod for oblivion, and he just created a plugin for oblivion.esm and set it as active file..so i dont really understand why the mod wouldnt work, if i load it after all the mods. :rolleyes: now i presume the issue here is caused because i am loading other mods alongside my plugin i want to edit? i tried using wrye flash to copy the underground home esp to a esm and edit it from there, but i get an error saying cant load multiple masters... im probably doing everything completely wrong here, so i apologize in advance, but thanks for all the help, if you could just clarify this :biggrin: -

Hi there, im very new to using the geck, i only know the basic's and im trying to better my self using it... my problem is i have a mod that adds an underground hideout, and i wanted to change the lighting in there to make it more warm and homely (i know it sounds daft) and ive managed to do that no problem with the geck, but in this mod there is a display room and i would like to add my custom mod weapons to the wall like this http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/images/37884-4-1292263628.jpg this was done using the geck, now if im right in doing so ive loaded up fallout main esm, the hideout mod (set as the active file) and then several weapon mod in the geck, i have added some weapons to the wall as a test, but when i save it and load the game up, there not there... guessing im doing it wrong... could someone point me in the right direction please =)

Sorry if this is in the wrong location, but could anyone help me with where or/and how i can edit a weapons zoom when using iron sights... i cannot stand how a normal rifle can zoom in to the point that it mite as well have an invisible scope on it
