It's almost impossible to diagnose a CTD issue from mod list alone.
Unlike in FO3/FNV (which crashed when you looked at them funny), I've only seen significant CTDs in Fallout 4 (assuming the problem is FO4 and not your machine) in one situation: unresolved FormIDs. That means that somewhere one or more of your mods is attempting to access a record that doesn't exist, or that isn't the record type that it needs.
The best thing you can do is use FO4Edit, right click on the mod list, and click "Check for errors". That will scan every record of every mod, looking for exactly those type of problems. Don't worry about the warnings. Look for messages actually flagged as errors, and especially anything that talks about bad/unresolved FormIDs. Most likely, there's at least one there and it's responsible for your problem.
Also, are your CTDs happening at predictable, specific points? Can you get them to reproduce? If so, that information will give you some important clues about where the error is happening.
I ALWAYS CTD when entering the Boston Proper area. I ran FO4Edit, and the only place I found FormID errors was the Main games files...
