No one has an issue with you making a mod request on this. The objections people have had is to your other comments. When the CS comes out as for the mod as I am sure others will wish for it. Until then work with the suggestions to avoid this happening Yep well they were just counter arguments until I realized that this is going to the wrong direction, and best thing is to just drop it.

It seems that most of the people who has answered into this thread are against my argument, and I really really really don`t want to make this thread an debate of homosexuality in general. Nor want to make any comments that people consider offensive, so maybe it`s better for me to rest my case here. I know when to back off, I said how I feel about it and encountered heavy resistance so I will go no further. :)

Hard to say about the numbers, you might be right or then you aren`t. I saw the link but what`s natural to humans and what`s natural to animals are completely different things. For example a black widow eats her lover after the act, yet it is natural because it happens in nature wouldn`t make it natural for a human to do the same thing. Once again taking the discussion to the wrong tracks I want to avoid.. Just have to make counter arguments so sorry about it. I don`t want to make this a debate of homosexuality in general, otherwise this thread gets locked.

Must be inevitable on some levels because you get people telling you that it`s natural and should be accepted in this game. But still to avoid misunderstanding I stated in my original posts that I have nothing against people being gay in real life. My message is not against homosexuality, it`s against the fact that there is homosexuality in this game. I see it more underground thingie than something that belongs to a game selling millions of copies.

Well for example in the place I`m from and been living in for a very long time I`ve met 0 gay people. I haven`t heard about somebody actually being gay. There`s no homosexuality amongst my friends, their families nor my family, so it´s not coded into my world for example. It may be coded into the world in general, but so are many other things that are less natural/normal than others.. and whether there are reasons to put some of them that many people will find offensive into video games, is what I`m talking about.

Gabbe_master it doesn`t contribute to gay people being accepted.. atleast not in my opinion. With the way everybody plays these games it`s just "wtf did you just say?? I`m going to chop ur head off lol". Not that I by any means think it`s fun but my friends for example are doing it. And no matter how much there are accepted homosexuality in the world these days, still the majority of the people in the world find it disgusting. Btw before jumping into that "disgusting" word, everybody has a right to their opinions as well as everybody has the right to be gay in real life. I don`t remember any names but I quess it requires you to have the amulet of mara. You will find proof of gay marriage existing in Skyrim tough on youtube quite easily.

A kid has no business playing a game rated M in the first place. True, but that was only one of my reasons.

I`ve been and on bethesda forums there has been many threads about this but those all were closed in the end because people didn`t discuss about it maturely.

Don`t get me wrong, I don`t have a problem with gay marriages in real life or anything else. But to have multiple gay marriage possibilities in this game.. or to have men hitting on my male character many times, it just doesn`t feel right. Actually it`s quite disturbing to me, and with high possibility to high amount of other people too. I mean, would it sound healthy to have a kid playing Skyrim and marrying a male npc with a male character? And besides, in the era Skyrim focuses on.. well, we all know that being gay on public would had been a bad idea back then, as it still is on many countries even these days. So besides being questionable, it`s also unrealistic to have it happen in broad daylight with other people around. Why did Bethesda want to include being gay to Skyrim? Or is it unintentional, caused by that those same male npcs hit on you whether your character is male or female? If it was on purpose, wouldn`t it be appropriate to have an option to turn "gaymode" off? Again before somebody comes here defending gay rights, this post has nothing to do with them and I have nothing against gay people in real life. It`s just that in real life I have the option of not entering a gay bar, and I don`t have gay people flirting to me on the streets. So please, if you want to make an argument against me don`t base it on me being a hater or something. I`m just thinking that it was totally not necessary to have gayness in this game.

You need to learn some self-control. :D Console is definitely a really good thing for non-cheating purposes also.

@ pavy lol what was the point in highlighting "me"? Obviously everything you, me and the rest of the forumers post are more or less based on personal experience a.k.a ME. I could had written it "It works flawlessly" and it would have had exactly the same meaning as "for me it works flawlessly". Do you consider yourself clever by highlighting one word and not writing a single phrase?

Any proof that they are the majority? If you have none, I would avoid such statements. As to the interface, it may be okay for the consoles but for the PC it is just plain terrible. It's not about resisting change (before some smart...ss jumps in to throw that accusation on us), it's about convenience and usability. I guess, when scripting tools become available we will see better UI mods. I guess there are quite a few people who would like to see the return of most of the old keyboard shortcuts. It was pointed to op`s "I think we can all agree the skyrim UI sucks" when I said majority, because the way I saw it he was referring to majority first with the phrase I quoted. Maybe you missed that? I`m playing on PC by the way with keyboard and mouse and I`m just wondering what exactly do you guys think there`s wrong? I mean for me it works flawlessly. But regardless of the link between op`s opening and my "statement" referring to it, I could bet any amount of money you want to on that if we made a poll with simple yes/no about whether people like the UI or not, there would be way more yes than no.

You can agree to what you want to agree with, meanwhile majority of people (like myself) are totally happy with the UI and are wondering why some people are pissed off about it.

I`m playing with ultra 1080p + lots of ini tweaks + forced ambient occlusion. With e6600 dual 2 core overclocked to 3ghz, and gtx 460 1gb. Outside fps generally +25, indoors +35. Hard to believe it`s that much about cpu, I mean mine is almost ancient.

If you know how to type really fast this should go pretty naturally in normal in-game use. Since gaining knowledge about adjusting fov through console my character also gained a skill of console binoculars. :D Just type setcamerafov to 10 or something similarly low to zoom in and then back to the desired value to zoom out. Pretty fun..

Seriously? You can`t be serious? :D The texture qualities in skyrim are diverse.. there are textures that are really horrible but in a really few types of places. In general on ultra settings the texture quality is very good.

Aaa ok I didn`t know you had a laptop.. Well ps3 would be the better option in that case.
