Yes, I do have F4SE installed and do i need to redo the merge patch and bash patch after doing this? So I finished the cleaning for the DLC and cleaning for any mods as you specified but there is still missing clothing items. I went to a couple of places to check and vanilla clothing seems fine. Raiders might be from raider overhaul are the most affected. Diamond city guards and some residents were missing clothing. Armor pieces are fine though on both my character and NPC. I had some model(?) issues on pipers face so I must have really messed up the load order somewhere

So i went to verify the game files but doesnt seem to be the case. So i'm not sure what the issue might in regards to the armor and clothing. I also do not see any trace of Eli's mod clothing in the game so far. On loot, i get messages like this. What do i do for this? FO4Edit v3.2.1 found 6 ITM records. FO4Edit v3.2.1 found 45 ITM records, 38 deleted references and 1 deleted navmesh. A cleaning guide is available here.

Clothing from some mods have been verified, NCR and black widow work fine. So i'm not sure what the issue is. For right now, NPC's are missing clothes. Armor pieces are seen on raiders that I have first encountered. Preston has no clothes on. The only clothing mod that I have so far, that I know of, is the Eli Armour compendium

So what happens if I remove mods and add new ones at the same time? Do i keep the old merge patch or delete it?

Okay, so I have it where on Wrye, everything is green. What, in your opinion, should I do in regards to mods that may overlap and content is missing or not showing up? Or from looking at the mods I have, do you have any suggestions on if I should have them or a better option? I need all the help I can get, thank you.

May be a stupid question(I'm new to this) But i'm activating the mods and everything and then it asks if I wanna overwrite certain files because its a duplicate(etc), should I overwrite? I may not wording it right but hopefully you get what i'm saying
