Seems pretty handy to be able to pick something from your quickmenu and not worry about dying.

I totally second this, the nights are ridiculous... you can see everything just as well as during the day. I remember playing morrowind where the nights were really dark!! It makes everything so much more exciting and torches and night vision will finally have use!
