instead of uninstalling the whole try using this cute little file on the nexus. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10938 have used it for alot of of changes to the game that i have made with conflicting mods and to start from scratch with just the basics. has worked quite well for me when i decide to start with different mods and characters.

OK, so I must be a stupid nubi..... when I go to Rivet City either by land or fast travel, the frame rate drops so bad that it can, and has, taken 1/2 hour just to get across the bridge. This problem seems to have shown up in other places, but after a few minutes of walking goes away, however, in rivet city it just doesn't go away. I am currently running about 50 or 60 mods along with the game and all of the DLC's. I have uninstalled everything and started from scratch with just the vanilla game and the dlc's but that doesn't fix the issue, it does get rid of it in the other area's but rivet city still drags on. anyone have an idea on how to cure this little issue.
