  1. This mod also has an optional .esp to make NPC's change clothes every 3 days... "some npcs change clothes at random every 3days.(30%) and adding leveled Items. So you can find new clothes every shop and Raiders or thugs (but rare)." 100 Outfits ReColor
  2. The easiest way is to use FNVPlugin. Use the "toggle master" function to change the header flags, and the rename your new saved file to an .esm, You can also use FNVEdit, but you will have to manually change the header flags...
  3. Hey tredmeister,

did ya get the message I sent ya?

  4. Thanks for your response! I had considered changing their clothing DT, but they are set non-essential, and I did not want anyone stealing their overbalanced clothing... I did not even thing about making them unplayable. Duh... Many Thanks!!!
  5. The in-game vendors wear the same clothing no matter what you sell them. However, my new vendors will change to any clothing you sell them that has a higher DT than theirs. I have searched through the in-game vendors for the secret with no luck thus far. Does anyone know how to prevent this... Many Thanks!
  6. Another very easy way to add the master flag is to use the FNV Plugin Utility http://home.roadrunner.com/~tredmeister/FNVplugin-master.jpg Also GREAT for merging multiple plugins into one. I have probably 80 mods merged into about 15.
  7. Does anyone know what happened to these masks? Fallout: New Vegas MOD - Ballistics Mask They used to be on the nexus, but now they are gone. Any ideas why they were pulled from the site? I wish to contact the author. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Many Thanks! EDIT: I guess the translated version is not showing the pics. Here is the original Japanese version.
  8. I believe Marts Mutant Mod has a feature called skeletal decay. After a few weeks, the bodies become skeletons. Weeks later, they are just a few scattered bones, and they eventually disappear...
  9. Perhaps these the ones you were thinking of?Eagle Strikes the Nest A Rise For China I use them both (same author) and they can get pretty intense!
  10. Is this something like what you were after? 2nd Home at Tenpennys Hey, the search engine works wonders...
  11. I was creating a new vendor and wanted to put him in Rivet City. Does anyone know if there is a mod out there that uses the empty stall next to Flack & Shrapnel's shop? Wanting to avoid possible conflicts, I have searched through the files, but have not found anything thus far...
  12. Forum glitch leads to double post upon edit? Hmmm... Can a mod please delete this posting... Thanks!
  13. After playing through several saintly male characters, I am now playing as Martina, a Hispanic female Talon Merc (thanks to alternate starts). She is a master in the arts of theft and double-cross. It is a very hard play-through, as almost everyone in the wasteland hates her. I have had to come up with some very enterprising solutions to many situations. Thanks to my many mods with increased-increased spawns, she now leads an all female special forces unit that is the terror of the wasteland... http://www.fallout3nexus.com/imageshare/images/1239972-1261777056.jpg
  14. Many thanks for the tip BP! FO3Edit's "clean masters" function worked like a charm.
  15. Please... can anyone help me out? I have been working on a mod that should only use Fallout3.esm as the master. However, somewhere along the way, masters dependencies for Broken Steel, MMM, and Calibr got added to the mix. I tried to remove the dependencies in GECK and FO3Edit, with no luck. Does anyone know how I can remove the dependencies? Thanks in advance!
